The house is located 100M from the beach and Sea. 1Km from Carnac sailing club, Thalassotherapy centre and main shopping area in Carnac with it's many restaurents, gifts shops, bars and cinema.
The Grande Plage is the main beach of Carnac , with plenty of amenities & clubs for children, a short walk from the local shops.
The flat is 5mins walk to Carnac Plage town area, with its many restaurants, clothes and gift shops, & its local cinema.
The best way to get around Carnac is either on foot or by bike. Cyclists are well catered for, with many rental shops and cycle lanes. It's a largely flat area which does not require great levels of fitness!
The flat is approximately 15 mins cycle ride from the world famous stone alignments of Carnac – 11 lines composed of 3,000 standing stones (menhirs) on an area 1300 metres long and 110 metres wide dating from approx. 4,500 BC. And you never walk very long without sighting one of the hundreds of “dolmens” that crowds the area. |
